Rav Asher Manning teaches Tanach, Machshevet Yisrael, and History.
Born in London and raised in Jerusalem, he brings a blend of British humor and Israeli creative thinking to his classes. Rav Asher learned at Yeshivat Har Etzion as a close talmid of Rav Yaakov Medan and Rav Yoel Bin Nun, and continued his studies in Maalot and Otniel, where he developed a deep appreciation for Rav Kook’s thought. After serving in an IDF combat unit, he returned to learn in Kollel and received Semicha from the Rabbanut. He lives in Alon Shvut with his wife and two daughters.
